Why it works

Boxing is a small number of movements done extremely well. This gym teaches them in order, one at a time, with the reps that make them yours.

One idea per lesson

Each lesson isolates a single mechanic and tells you exactly what to drill before moving on. Nothing is introduced before you own the thing underneath it.

Built for repetition

Every technique comes with a rep scheme and the mistake to watch for. You are meant to come back to these, not watch them once.

Layered, not scattered

Stance holds up footwork, footwork holds up punching, punching holds up defence. The order is the whole point.

Anatomy of a lesson

Video, notes and stills — every single lesson

01

Watch the round

A single technique, filmed from the two angles that actually show it. No warm-up chatter, no ten-minute intros.

02

Read the notes

Written breakdown of the mechanics underneath the video — what moves first, what stays still, and the mistake almost everyone makes.

03

Check the stills

Demonstration images pull out the positions that are hard to catch at full speed, so you can compare them against your own shadow work.

FAQ

Before you start

Do I need equipment?
Not to start. The foundation courses are bodyweight and shadow work. A pair of wraps and a bag become useful around the third course.
How much time does this take?
Lessons run seven to eleven minutes. Three sessions a week of twenty minutes each is enough to move through a course in a month.
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The first course assumes you have never thrown a punch, and every later course states exactly what it expects you to already know.
What does an account get me?
Courses are free to watch signed out. An account remembers which lessons you have finished so your progress follows you between devices.
